A little bit of history
The invention of the tuning fork as tool for tuning musical instruments is credited to John Shore (1711). Sounds, which make vibrations, are a natural form of energy that is found throughout the universe and inside of us. On average, the human body consists of 70% water. Water is an excellent conductor of sound waves. All organs, cells and tissues in our bodies have their own particular frequencies, which can be altered by sound vibrations. In the early 90s, Bruce Tainio, invented the BT2 Frequency Monitoring System to measure the bio-electric frequencies of essential oils to determine their impact on the body. He also discovered that each part of the body vibrates at a different frequency. Heart vibrates between 67-70MHz, brain 72-90MHz, and liver 55-60MHz. By using tuning forks to transmit the vibration, sound penetrates our cells, and our body acts like an instrument that tunes itself to the most optimal frequencies that serve our physical, emotional and spiritual body best. Organs regenerate spontaneously, reminding themselves of the ideal frequency that has been disturbed in them.
Our tuning forks are constructed in accordance to the Pythagorean scale with the use of Gioseffo Zarlino’s discovery (harmonic intonation scale A=432Hz). Pythagoras revealed the musical and mathematical basis of acoustic phenomena by creating the first diatonic scale in the world. It is based ratio 3:2, often referred as Golden Ratio, Harmonic Ratio or Divine Ratio. It exists when a line is divided into two parts, and the longer part (a) divided by the smaller part (b) is equal to the sum of (a)+(b) divided by (a). It represents approximately the number 1.618. Usually written as the Greek letter phi, it is strongly associated with the Fibonacci sequence, in which each number is the sum of the two preceding ones. As the Fibonacci numbers increase, the ratio between each pair gets closer to the 1.618 number, The Golden Ratio. It can be found across all of nature: plants, animals, weather structures, and star systems. Accidently or not, it usually appears where there is a sense of beauty, harmony and peace.
Thanks to Barbara Hero and the International Lambdoma Research Institute, the frequencies of healthy human organs were discovered. In her quest to find the universal connections between art and music, she discovered that math and it’s ratios were the answer. In her research, by passing sound waves through healthy organs, she calculated their frequencies using the speed of sound. This amazing discovery allowed a practical use of tuning forks to address body organs with specific frequencies to maintain a state of optimal health.
Dr. Masaru Emoto, the Japanese scientist who revolutionized the idea that our thoughts and intentions impact the physical realm, is one of the most important water researchers the world has known. For over 20 years he studied the scientific evidence of how the molecular structure in water transforms when it is exposed to human word, thoughts, sound and intentions. His research showed us how pollute and toxic water, when exposed to prayer and intention and certain types of sound, like classical music can be altered and restored to a beautifully formed geometric crystals found in clean, healthy water. If our body consists on average 70% of water, one can conclude that by exposing our body to harmonic vibrations, we may experience feeling of bliss, happiness and peace.

How it works
Tuning forks are sound healing tools that are used to alter the biochemistry of our body. During the session, while lying down with the eyes closed, please focus on your breathing and general relaxation. When the therapist hits the tuning fork, you will feel pulsating vibrations in the air and hear a sound. We are offering various techniques tailored to the client’s needs. Harmony of sounds accompanies the whole session. At the end, we use frequencies to raise the energy in the body so that everyone feels rejuvenated. The tuning fork is a vibration transmitter, but the source of transformation is always a human being. Some people may experience detoxification effects such as fatigue or headache. As these symptoms will pass within a few hours, we recommend drinking water, as it helps to cleanse the body. Most people report feeling relaxed, blissful, happy and lighter.

Techniques in detail:
Perfect Fifth Technique C-G
This technique is used to prepare for a session to open a gate for healing and higher consciousness. In the perfect fifth, the sounds of notes C and G stay in the proportion 3/2 called golden interval. While sound C (256Hz) equals 2x 128Hz, and sound G (384Hz) equals 3x128Hz, they create a perfect interval, which is often called a sound of creation. Both forks combined together induce a sound that nourishes the tissues and individual cells.
Cleaning and Regulating Technique
Due to the restorative nature of the sounds from 8 tuning forks of the Pythagorean scale these harmonic waves restore proper energy into our tissues, cells and internal organs. We are able to tune our body, mind, and soul to cooperate in harmony. This technique is the foundation of tuning fork therapy, and is used at the beginning of each session. It cleanses the body while regulating all processes, and prepares the body for other techniques.
Brain and Heart Coherence Technique
By activating heart chakra tuning fork F 341Hz, and combining this sound with each of additional tones of Pythagorean scale: C-256Hz, D, E, G, A, H/B and C-512Hz, we are inducing the state of unity between the mind, body and spirit. A little bit of history
Traditional Tibetan singing bowls are made out of seven or eight metals, a combination of bronze ally together with copper, tin, zinc, iron, silver and gold. They came to Tibet from India, specifically from Nepal in the Himalayas. They are first mentioned 560-480 BC with the appearance of the historical figure Shakyamuni Buddha and his teachings. Born in India, into a royal family, at the age of 29, moved by the suffering of others, he leaves the palace to experience the life in poverty. After seven years of living in modesty, ha has an epiphany while meditating under the famous Bodhi tree. The word Buddha means awakened, enlightened, the one who knows. Buddha is not a god but an extraordinary figure. Five moral concepts of Buddhism forbid: killing living beings, taking what is not given (stealing), sexual abuse, lying, drug and alcohol use. Singing bowl is an ancient meditation tool, often used to accompany mudras, prayers and hymns. When rung gently with a wooden stick, a vibration of can be felt in the bowl that is said to remove negative energy. The tones set up a frequency that creates balancing left-right brain synchronization as they have the same wavelength found in the brainwaves that produce feeling of relaxation. Singing bowls, commonly called Tibetan, still sing ancient stories for us, and their soothing vibrations affect our body and strengthen our spirituality.
How it works
During a therapy session, we lie comfortably and the bowls are set in various configurations. They can be placed around the body, on the body or in different parts of a room. Each singing bowl emits different sound waves and vibrates at a different frequency. We use a different bowl for each chakra. Each chakra represents a different organ in our physical body. Their sounds bring us into a state of deep relaxation, harmonizing our physical, energetic and spiritual body.
OM Gong
To end the therapy the OM gong is played to unify us with the Universe. The Om sound is defined by Hindu scripture as being the primordial sound of creation. It is the original vibration of the universe. From this first vibration, all other vibrations are able to manifest.
