Consent Form & Energy Work

I understand, that Energy Balancing sessions given ARE NOT intended to treat any illness and are not to substitute a medical or psychological care. I understand that Healing Practitioners DO NOT diagnose, cure, or treat any conditions, nor do they prescribe medicines, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological disorder I may have. I further understand that although the Energy Balancing session may feel subtle, it can have a profound effect. Therefore, just like with other bodywork, I agree to keep my body fully hydrated over the next 24 hours after the session. If at any time, I feel uncomfortable and I wish the session to end, I will inform the Practitioner/Therapist.
